Summary: Seeking a Sr Project Manager for the Sustaining Engineering Group to lead engineering initiatives from conception to commercialization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical discipline preferred and/or 5+ years extensive experience in project management. Proven experience as a Project Manager in Product Development with successful product launches. Project Management Certification or degree (e.g., PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing environment. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOMs; experience in MRP/ERP Systems. Proficient in electronic systems and software (Microsoft Office, Project Management software).

Preferred Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on achieving business objectives. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for facilitating discussions and reaching consensus.

Responsibilities:

Assume full ownership of multiple engineering initiatives, setting objectives for cross-functional teams. Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals for efficient execution. Lead, inspire, and mentor project members to achieve milestones and objectives. Engage stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and ensure seamless communication. Identify potential risks early in projects; develop mitigation plans to maintain progress. Ensure quality control measures meet standards, regulatory requirements, and scope expectations.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
