Sr Project Manager

Lead all aspects of strategic supply chain execution across multiple sites in support of business unit objectives within the Surface & C5 Systems (S&C5S) Division.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 10+ years; in lieu of degree, 16+ years of relevant experience

Background in supply chain management within the Aerospace and Defense industry

Proven leadership of cross-functional and high-performing supply chain teams

Experience managing procurement, sourcing, subcontracts, and material proposals

Expertise in negotiating complex subcontracts and agreements

Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems

Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Skills:

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Master’s degree or MBA

Experience in earned value management or as a Control Account Manager

Advanced analytical and organizational capabilities

Strategic communication skills with the ability to engage across all management levels

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to mitigate risk, enhance resiliency, and reduce cost

Oversee procurement processes aligned with government regulations and internal policies

Identify strategic suppliers and proactively manage performance across cost, schedule, and technical dimensions

Execute continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives

Support new business pursuits with supply chain expertise

Manage and report on supply chain performance metrics

Lead staffing, training, succession planning, and talent development for the supply chain team

Drive supplier development and implement long-term business strategies

Act as primary liaison for all supply chain activities within the division, ensuring communication with leadership teams and program stakeholders

Pay: 49-66

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
