Sr Project Management Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
+ Manage General manger and Leadership team calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
+ Coordinates local and international meetings; arranges travel, meeting arrangements, visitor accommodations
+ Organizes meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
+ Prepares agendas, takes and completes committee meeting minutes; coordinates distribution and follows up on action items
+ Handle internal communications from GM, prioritize and disseminate information appropriately
+ Manages department operations: filing, develops databases, tracks budgets, etc.
+ Coordinates functional processes such as invoicing and payments for executives.
+ Participates in department project teams and coordinate with all stakeholders.
+ Supports project leaders by managing project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.
+ Oversee resource allocation, manage budgets, and maintain project documentation for GM
**Qualifications**
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Proven experience in executive-level administrative support. 3 years’ experience in a similar job in a big company
+ Degree in Life sciences or related field or business administration or comparable education
+ Experience using MS Office tools
+ Work very accurately
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
+ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
+ Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
