Sr. Project Engineer – Tablet Manufacturing
Location: Raleigh NC Area
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 + BONUS & benefits

Seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead capital projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on tablet oral dose production. This role drives project delivery from concept through commissioning while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams Manage multiple capital projects and oversee all phases from design to commissioning Lead meetings, communicate progress, and resolve issues to meet deadlines and objectives Oversee equipment installation, start-up, and training while maintaining safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or equivalent 10+ years in pharmaceutical or food/beverage manufacturing Proven expertise in capital project management and engineering documentation Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillBenefits: Competitive pay with bonus potential - extensive Bonus Payout.
