Airswift is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to support one of the world’s leading companies in the nuclear industry.

Location: Richland, Washington, United States Job Type: Contract (Full-Time) Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension (long-term) Schedule: 40 hours/week (4x10s) About the Role

The Sr. Project Coordinator Specialist will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including acting as the Project Technical Representative for budgeting, invoicing, billing, and cost management. This role requires minimal supervision and involves detailed knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and control. The specialist will also support outreach activities to member utilities as part of Energy Services & Development initiatives.

Blue Badge position No ePHQ required FFD Testing required Access to buildings outside the protected area Key Responsibilities Coordinate project teams (1–5 people), including planning, scheduling, and controlling project/program activities Monitor project performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency Develop budgetary estimates and manage cost tracking Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and technologies Lead specific projects with detailed oversight of all aspects Required Qualifications

Education & Experience (one of the following):

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field + 1 year of experience in a technical field Associate degree in a related technical curriculum + 3 years of experience High School Diploma/GED + 5 years of experience in a technical field

Basic project management techniques Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to make sound decisions based on factual information Proficiency in computer software tools Ability to apply technical specifications, codes, and standards Experience in cost-benefit analysis and leading projects Preferred Qualifications Same as required qualifications, with demonstrated leadership in project initiatives and deeper experience in cost-effective work execution and human performance principles.
