Single point responsible for delivery of the project within specified schedule, cost and quality. Ensure that proper handover is taken from sales and P & E Team. Baselining of the project, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project). - Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution.
