We are seeking a customer-focused, product minded individual with competency in employer products to join our growing team as a Senior Program Manager. As the Senior Program Manager responsible for designing and then operating the Customer Experimentation program for the Mental Health products, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, users and visionaries to build a program inspired by the Geek Way learnings that the Employer Product Team can adopt for customer feedback and validation experimentation cycles. This role will create the program design and then operate it within the scope of the Mental health products. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting rapid growth and scaling our business while venturing into uncharted territory. You'll ensure your team understands the 'what' and 'why' as they collaborate with business leads to develop the right solutions.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain a customer-based approach at all times, and build strong, professional relationships with internal and external clients by providing quality service, assistance, information and advice to ensure their satisfaction Be responsible for understanding product design and feature development and building experiments to test and validate the product with selected clients. Build the technical tools and frameworks for orchestrating the customer experimentation cycles. Coordinate with internal stakeholders by region to select the right clients for experimentation cycles based on features and client willingness to participate. Collaborate with the cross functional team members and provide support for the feature experimentation cycle and insights extracted from the program. Build a communication strategy for explaining the program to internal stakeholders and reporting on impact and progress throughout the year tied to Product Team goals.

Team player! University degree or 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience
