OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Executive Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:

Define and build complex stakeholder communication plans that tie planned outcomes to the broader organization's mission and vision; Motivates cross functional teams of executives, leaders and individual contributors to achieve business goals.

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for complex cross-functional programs to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.

Deliver impactful presentations that align program execution with strategic objectives, driving informed decision-making through concise, data-driven communication.

Identify actionable insights to build & deliver exception-based reports to executives at all levels within the organization to clearly articulate program progress, risk mitigation strategies, and anticipated business impact

Cross-Functional Alignment & Issue Resolution:

Serve as the primary conduit between business units and Tech teams, proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks to maintain execution velocity.

Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across multiple complex and interdependent programs escalating these where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome risks within the constraints of the programs and portfolio.

Lead the production of and approve program plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized to deliver program objectives, comply with the organization's program management framework, and comply with the organization's wider governance structure and processes

Define the execution plans to disseminate innovative capabilities across the businesses, and lead the definition of competencies to enable the team to innovate through solutions such as idea generation platforms, and jam sessions

Pipeline & Intake Coordination:

Design and implement robust pipeline management frameworks that standardize the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent alignment with enterprise goals.

Project, Budgeting & Sprint Coordination:

Proactive governance of both portfolio and program level execution throughout the delivery lifecycle. In addition, delivers baseline assessments and facilitate post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits. Additional – leads remediation of issues and risks that may impact benefits realization and communications updates to leadership.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking project status, anticipated outcomes, and alignment with program objectives to facilitate transparency and strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Effectiveness, Information Technology or related degree

10 - 15 yrs experience in Retail, Technology

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma Practices preferred

Training in Organizational Change Management theories and practice preferred

Program Management Professional (PgMP) is preferred

RPA Platforms (UiPath)

Virtual Agents

Alteryx / Microsoft Power Suite

AI and Machine Learning

Ability to lead a cross functional team

Excellent relationship building skills among a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to confidently present to Executive Leadership
