Kforce has a client in Minnetonka, MN that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong understanding of Data Analytics (Power BI), large Data Migrations, Data Warehousing, and demonstrated experience working as a PM with Data Tech Migration projects. Summary: The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing one or more cross-departmental transformation programs that align with the organization's strategic plan, regulatory requirements, new product development, or operational initiatives. The Program Manager will provide oversight to all project managers and teams within their program(s) and will ultimately be responsible for program performance including, but not limited to: timing, budget, and the quality of the scope of work completed. The programs/projects may involve evaluating and/or implementing services, systems, or opportunities for business process improvement.
