Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs. **Required technical and professional expertise** Job Qualifications * 15+ Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Release Management Processes. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Or Safe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification, Demonstrating A Deep Knowledge Of Safe Principles And Ability To Facilitate Large-Scale Agile Transformations. * Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Multiple Release Trains, With The Ability To Coordinate And Align Multiple Teams, Stakeholders, And Dependencies. * Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization. * Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Competing Demands To Ensure Timely And High-Quality Releases.
