Sr Program Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager III to join the Business, Customer, and Marketing Analytics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business insights that contribute to partners across the company. This role will work with other analytics teams and program managers to lead strategic support for assigned processes and ad hoc requests. This position will be required to provide an integrated point of view of business, customer, and marketing performance, leveraging internal and external sources. In addition, this role will support the development of business analytics and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve any gaps in analytical processes and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance by delivering actionable insights that contribute to leadership and key partner teams. Act as a conduit to integrate strategic insights, generate hypotheses; act as single-point-of-contact for cross-functional partners. Understand and activate business impact levers (promotions, price, product, customer, etc.…); along with leveraging 3rd party competitive landscape tools, customer behavior metrics, and data science models. Serve as an analytics team point of contact for special projects and other initiatives. Lead collaboration with business partners, including 3rd parties, to identify gaps in analytical processes and reporting. Problem solve with various other teams to fill gaps influence decision making throughout the business, which often requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Effectively synthesize and communicate complex data and analyses via effective written documents and presentations.
