Sr Program Manager, SREC and PBI's

Overview:

The SREC & PBI Analyst is responsible for the ongoing production reporting obligations for Sunrun’s portfolio of SREC and PBI generating systems. Sunrun’s SREC portfolio generates millions in revenue each year, our ability to recognize this revenue and fulfill our obligations is dependent on preparing monthly production reports quickly and accurately for our growing fleet of SREC and PBI generators.

In addition to owning the production reporting process, this person is responsible for driving improvements to the automation and scalability of the process, and building out reporting to forecast and track SREC/PBI value and delivery over the lifecycle of our generators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Generate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual production reporting to third-party SREC and PBI programs as required by the program.

Ensure compliance with any other reporting required to meet program requirements.

Identification of issues preventing the reporting of production. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve identified issues.

Serve as the main point of contact for SREC & PBI third parties for questions, escalations, and process changes, and coordinate internally.

Produce fleet level SREC and PBI reporting including forecasting and tracking to forecast of production and SREC generation.

Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of our SREC and PBI portfolio.

Collaborate with regional managers to ensure timely and accurate registration of new systems in SREC and PBI programs.

Serve as a Sunrun SREC and PBI Subject Matter Expert and leader, advise on new SREC and PBI programs, including the setup of production reporting capabilities.

Documentation of processes, procedures, and tools to ensure continuity of production reporting.

Effectively oversee and prioritize both regular duties and various enchantment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational goals.

Build relationships with incentive programs and reporting entities, fostering a collaborative spirit to drive positive outcomes

Serve as a leader for our reporting process, lead daily standups with team members, and organize worksheets with priorities for reporting

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

High school diploma or equivalent education; Bachelor’s degree preferred

3 years of experience in a role requiring analytical skills and working with data sets.

Previous experience in residential solar is desired, particularly incentives and SREC/PBI programs.

Strong understanding of data concepts and tools, in particular time series data and cumulative data sets.

Ability to run SQL queries to interrogate data, along with skills to validate data quality and completeness.

Familiarity with Snowflake  

Experience in automating or systemizing processes to improve the efficiency of processes and tasks.

Highly organized and detail-oriented. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, ability, and passion for solving complex problems.

Propensity to follow through and drive issues to resolution.

Uncompromising commitment to quality and getting the details right.

Must thrive in a fast-paced and changing business environment due to an industry that continues to grow and evolve

Comfortable managing amidst ambiguity.

Strong program management skills with the ability to lead the implementation of improvements, cross-functional 

Excellent computer skills, including G Suite, Excel, and web proficiency; experience with Salesforce.com a plus.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$94,179.27 to $125,572.36
