As Senior Program Manager, for EU Marketplace, you will lead new Sellers' success, by setting the strategic direction and goals, working with world-wide stakeholders. You will focus on easing the on-boarding experience of new Sellers, helping them setting their account and listing first products on our European stores. You should be comfortable working in highly ambiguous environment in a data driven team. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working in complex projects from start to completion.

The ideal candidate should be independent and flexible, with solid analytical and communication skills, motivated, agile, with strong time management and project management skills. Furthermore, this role requires excellent troubleshooting, deep dive, problem-solving, skills.

At the core of the position is high attention to detail and delivering high quality results on time. Your experience should highlight your focus on putting the Sellers first, your ability to understand and guide technical requirements to support your vision, and your determination to ensure that the changes you identify had a positive business impact. The right candidate is someone who can think big while diving deep, remaining flexible to change, and passionate to drive invention.

This is a permanent position based in Luxembourg.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the new Selling Partner success strategy of Self-Service Selling Partners and EU Assisted recruitment channel, by setting clear direction and goals.
- Develop short and long-term business plans, aligning with cross-organizational teams that successfully deliver results.
- Diving deep into data to improve prioritization models, identify opportunities for program improvement and overall business growth.
- Understand business needs through Selling Partners’ insights and address obstacles via scalable action plans.
- Identify and manage automation opportunities to improve Sellers’ experience and growth.
- Ensure appropriate coordination and communication with WW cross functional stakeholders, including product teams, program teams and Account Management teams.
- Help improving productivity by ongoing operational and automation improvements, invent and simplify.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable SOPs and comprehensive documentation
- Lead business performance evaluation and reporting mechanisms to facilitate business reviews and data-driven decision making.
