MENA Consumables team is looking for a high caliber Senior Program Manager to deliver results through key growth initiatives and programs by: (i) driving alignment and coordination between multiple international business and technology teams in order to achieve the desired outcome in the fastest possible time-frame; (ii) ensuring partner teams are organized to hit their goals and (iii) escalating or proposing innovative ways to accelerate projects when these are slowed down by internal or external factors.
The team is seeking an experienced program leader to build scalable processes and frameworks to drive the customer facing programs. You will define high quality program roadmap based on business strategy and voice of customer. Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a program roadmap. Create mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders. You will also build and execute go-to-market plans for new programs and features working closely with marketing, sales and other product teams to help drive adoption. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment. Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
