**Description:** **WHO YOU ARE** As the CH\-53K Senior Program Manager for all Sustainment Programs, you will lead a cross functional team at the forefront of CH\-53K fleet support activities\. Key responsibilities include: Provide management and oversight off all sustainment contracts for the CH\-53K Sustainment Portfolio Engage with multiple customers including NAVAIR, NAVSUP, DLA and Training competencies Provide oversight for all sustainment capture opportunities, representing the “voice of the customer” across the organization\. Collaborating with Global Sustainment, Business Development and Engineering Teams to align sustainment offerings with customer needs\. Effectively manage budgets and contracts including B&P, Earned Value contracts and other types of cost reporting methods **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 10\+ years of experience in program management with a focus on sustainment programs within the aerospace and defense industry Proven track record of leading large\-scale execution efforts in a cross functional environment to accomplish organizational objectives Experience working with external customers including US DoD and/or international customers Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functional and organizational levels **Desired Skills:** In\-depth knowledge of aircraft sustainment, logistics, and aftermarket services Familiarity with U\.S\. and international government acquisition and contracting processes Full criteria Earned Value Management experience as a Program Manager Experience with our aftermarket transactional spares and repairs business Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills Experience leading teams and managing budgets in a matrixed environment Served in a Deputy PM capacity for a major acquisition program **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
