As the CH-53K Senior Program Manager for all Sustainment Programs, you will lead a cross functional team at the forefront of CH-53K fleet support activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide management and oversight off all sustainment contracts for the CH-53K Sustainment Portfolio
Engage with multiple customers including NAVAIR, NAVSUP, DLA and Training competencies
Provide oversight for all sustainment capture opportunities, representing the “voice of the customer” across the organization.
Collaborating with Global Sustainment, Business Development and Engineering Teams to align sustainment offerings with customer needs.
Effectively manage budgets and contracts including B&P, Earned Value contracts and other types of cost reporting methods
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in program management with a focus on sustainment programs within the aerospace and defense industry
Proven track record of leading large-scale execution efforts in a cross functional environment to accomplish organizational objectives
Experience working with external customers including US DoD and/or international customers
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functional and organizational levels
Desired Skills:
In-depth knowledge of aircraft sustainment, logistics, and aftermarket services
Familiarity with U.S. and international government acquisition and contracting processes
Full criteria Earned Value Management experience as a Program Manager
Experience with our aftermarket transactional spares and repairs business
Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills
Experience leading teams and managing budgets in a matrixed environment
Served in a Deputy PM capacity for a major acquisition program
Clearance Level: None

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
