will play a critical role in advancing the Productivity Enhancement program This position is responsible for supporting the processes and domains owned by the Director of Productivity including StrataJazz Productivity Reporting Axiom Comparative Analytics and associated reporting BI tools The role is part of a system level shared service and will establish working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain and continue to enhance productivity programs The role will evaluate data and analyses from various productivity tools to prepare insight summaries system reporting and KPI dashboards to ensure leadership has access to accurate timely and data driven intelligence Position ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of ResponsibilitySupports productivity and peer benchmarking tools to maintain alignment with organizational goals Assists in maintenance configuration and administration of Strata Productivity Reporting Comparative Analytics and associated BI reporting toolsSupports the productivity program by informing educating and assisting system stakeholders in accessing and understanding productivity tools reporting and accountability Streamlines the data standardization process assists in the creation and delivery of related trainingeducational materials and operational reports using available BI toolsSupports the expense management program through distribution of system reportsdashboards and assists system wide partners with improvement opportunitiesinitiativesAssist with obtaining access to data tools and other productivityanalysis resources to connect Operational Enhancement stakeholders with information needed to progress toward desired outcomesOngoing monitoring and analysis of Productivity Tools to identify newinnovative
