**Description and Requirements**
Key Responsibilities:
+ Portfolio Communication & Strategic Alignment Prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations for staff meetings, providing visibility on ongoing, new, and completed initiatives. Lead strategic discussions across commercial, marketing, and operational functions to align on product planning, competitive alerts, and market dynamics.
+ Business Case and Scope Management Consolidate and optimize product requirements—such as banding, memory, color, and features—to define a competitive and locally relevant portfolio. Support business cases and scope changes with well-documented insights and backup data that reflect both internal and external factors.
+ Product Messaging and Value Definition Drive the definition of key selling points and value propositions, ensuring alignment across functions and markets. Contribute to bold and differentiated communication strategies that strengthen the product narrative and address customer needs.
+ Customer Engagement and External Communication Support the sales team throughout the sell-in process and lead the creation of high-impact messaging for customer and PR presentations. Act as a product ambassador, engaging with clients to understand expectations and positioning solutions confidently and persuasively.
+ Market Intelligence and Insight Sharing Utilize internal data sources like CRM, NPS, and market research to deepen understanding of consumer behavior. Facilitate the exchange of product training, competitive intelligence, and market insights across teams to ensure shared awareness and informed decision-making.
+ Technical Execution and Quality Management Ensure timely delivery of key milestones, including Technical Approvals and Strategic Approvals. Monitor and communicate major quality issues, collaborating with engineering and global teams to resolve them prior to launch and meet customer expectations.
+ Team Growth and Capability Building Promote the professional development of the local team through coaching and structured initiatives. Foster a performance-driven environment that supports individual growth and strengthens team delivery.
Qualifications:
Education & Background
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
+ MBA or postgraduate degree is a strong plus.
+ 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, or related roles in industries.
+ Experience in people management and leading cross-functional teams.
+ Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
Business & Analytical Skills
+ Strong business acumen with basic finance and business analysis knowledge.
+ Ability to develop and defend business cases and product justifications based on market and consumer data.
+ Skilled in portfolio optimization, market segmentation, and value proposition development.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
+ Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in negotiation and creative customer engagement techniques.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build alignment across diverse functions.
+ Fluent in English (oral and written); Spanish is a plus. Portuguese is assumed given the market.
