Sr Product Mktg Manager, Pickup and Returns Advertising
The Pickup & Returns (PARP) Advertising team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support EU advertising monetization efforts across the PARP network. The Global Advertising team owns placements and products throughout the PARP network including locker wraps, sampling, experiential events, and influencer amplifications, developing custom campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for advertisers. The team is continuously evolving its product portfolio and developing new advertising solutions, such as digital screens on lockers, to expand the value we deliver to brands. The team's footprint stretches across multiple internal and external teams, bringing these campaigns to life from the initial sales pitch all the way through performance reporting, touching every stage of the advertiser experience.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive EU advertising efforts, generating demand and adoption of our products through Retail, Amazon Ads and other internal teams.
• Multiply PARP advertising revenue by acquiring new advertisers and repeat engagements, managing the pipeline and developing advertising proposals to maximize locker inventory while meeting campaign objectives.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery from conception through execution, serving as the primary accountable point of contact while strategically engaging cross-functional support teams.
• Generate net new revenue opportunities by translating advertiser KPIs into actionable campaign strategies and new PARP advertising offerings.
• Develop new advertising products and frameworks to deliver continued growth opportunities.
• Communicate and influence across the organization, working cross-functionally with business development, legal, finance, marketing and external partners to develop highly effective relationships that advance Amazon PARP advertising.
• Demonstrate strong program management capabilities by coordinating with supporting functions, removing blockers, and maintaining responsibility for campaign outcomes and timelines.
