The TELUS Business Solutions (TBS) organization is dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Together, the team is responsible for driving profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS: Small & Medium business (SMB).
You will join a skilled and engaged team that works closely with our pricing, base management and sales teams to collectively reach our sales targets. Our team is focused on optimizing the customer lifetime value by launching thoughtful campaigns to upsell, cross-sell or nurture customers in key windows of time.
What you’ll do:
Your mandate is to be the central point for all customer data relating to campaign performance and customer lifecycle insights to support the team building out campaign
Create data dashboards to analyze complex data on campaign performance supporting a variety of sales teams Constantly adapt reporting, create new data frameworks & measurements to support new sales teams, changing business priorities or to help focus on key areas of improvement Work closely with BI stakeholders to enhance data inputs and derive actionable customer insights Create targets for customer intensification (adding products), continuously monitor, flag risks & support the team to hit those targets Support the Domo Migration project by moving all current reporting off of Domo and onto Looker Studio Manage highly cross-functional projects with marketing, sales partners and data teams to deliver on program targets, improve conversion and positively impact business P&L outcomes Conduct adhoc data analysis to support different strategic projects Simplify complicated data results into easy-to-understand presentations to various levels including regular program summary updates to our leadership team
