We are seeking a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive Workbench product success through data-driven insights and strategic market positioning. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between our product development and go-to-market teams, translating technical capabilities into compelling creator value propositions. You'll own the development and analysis of creator insights, establish and track key performance metrics, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing go-to-market strategies for new features, developing clear messaging and positioning for product capabilities, and educating stakeholders on product roadmap and vision. You'll collaborate closely with business development teams to capture market feedback and communicate insights to technical teams, ensuring our product evolution aligns with creator needs. Additionally, you'll lead operational readiness initiatives and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to measure and communicate product success across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and excels at synthesizing complex information into actionable insights and compelling narratives.

• Lead creator insights and market research initiatives to inform product strategy and positioning
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and tools, including messaging, positioning, and launch planning
• Create and maintain product marketing collateral, enablement materials, and creator-facing documentation
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, competitive benchmarks, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions
• Serve as the liaison between product development and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and messaging
• Synthesize feedback from business development and creator community to inform product roadmap and feature development
• Drive operational readiness across teams for product launches, including training and process documentation
• Identify market opportunities and challenges through ongoing competitive analysis and creator feedback
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to maximize product visibility and adoption
