Sr Product Manager, Seller Economics/AI, Asia Global Selling - PMO

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML product development, with proven experience driving global initiatives across organizations. This position will identify business opportunities, develop product strategies, and orchestrate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across regions. The role demands expertise in articulating business opportunities into technical requirements and translating technical concepts into business value, while managing distributed teams and leading product launches in a fast-paced environment. Success requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential, and understanding of cross-border e-commerce is preferred. This position offers the opportunity to shape global selling through innovative AI solutions in seller economics domain.

Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
• Lead the development of AI-driven product strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve seller economics
• Design and implement AI solutions that enhance seller success metrics and operational efficiency
• Lead continuous product optimization based on user feedback

Technical Leadership
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to develop and implement AI/ML solutions
• Define clear technical requirements and success metrics for AI-powered features
• Oversee development cycles and ensure successful deployment of solutions
• Drive data-informed decision making across product initiatives

Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between central product and program management teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Drive effective communication of product strategy, roadmap, and impact analysis to leadership
• Manage change initiatives and stakeholder alignment across global teams

About the team
We are Asia Global Selling (AGS) PMO team. We collaborate with AGS business teams to identify key Seller needs and partner with global product teams to develop tools and solutions to improve Seller experience and sustainable growth.
