JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Procurement Hub team is part of Ecolab Global Supply Chain Operations, The Sr. Procurement Representative acts as a strategic partner to the operations team and various internal and external stakeholders, operating with limited or no guidance from their manager. The role will drive e-Sourcing events to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) strategic sourcing process. Additionally, he or she will collaborate with sourcing leaders, other supply chain functions, and business in identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, plan, and execute e-sourcing events (RFXs and eAuctions) globally in collaboration with Logistics and Chemicals (RM) sourcing teams and procurement stakeholders.Provide strategic analytics and insights for the TDC Sourcing process.Leverage data to identify savings opportunities across Ecolab’s global material buy.Stay updated with market dynamics and engage suppliers, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.Execute and support digital platforms to enhance go-to-market processes. Monitor and improve the performance of sourcing events.Integrate data to derive business conclusions and enable stakeholder actions.Ensure compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks in the sourcing process.Data Analysis, rate aggregation, rate benchmarking to identify unique ways to influence client spend and opportunities to reduce costReport generation for internal and client leadershipParticipate and manage client, business, and stakeholder callsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain8+ years of experience in Total in Supply Chain with minimum 5+ years of eSourcing is mustExperience of e-Sourcing tools such as Keelvar, Coupa sourcing optimizer, Jaggaer is mustProficient in MS Office suite with intermediate to advancedExcellent presentation and verbal/written communication skillsDemonstrable problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills, with good attention to detailSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work with ambiguityStrong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholdersAbility to successfully navigate through ambiguous and complex situationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience analysing data sets using Power BI or TableauExperience in Chemical industryDemonstrated business acumen in Supply Chain and ProcurementHistory of managing and delivering multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneouslyUnderstanding of eSourcing process, Indirect categories like Chemicals, CapEx, IT, Manufacturing, Professional services, Logistics and warehousing.ATTRIBUTES
