As a Sr Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and you’ll work out of our Cheon-an, South Korea location. In this role, you will impact our operational efficiency and profitability by optimizing procurement practices, enhancing supplier relationships, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Drive the purchasing process, from identifying procurement needs to supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, ensuring that purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with organizational guidelines. • Participate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality purchases. • Monitor and control purchasing costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and optimizing the allocation of resources. **YOU MUST HAVE** • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control. • Proficient in procurement software and tools. **WE VALUE** • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
