Location: Millersburg, PA

How Will You Make an Impact?: You will ensure flawless operations through preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, directly supporting product quality and on-time delivery. Your expertise will keep critical equipment performing to specification in a cGMP environment.

A Day in the Life:

Perform all actions related to the company’s preventive maintenance program.Intervene in production issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustments.Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls.Document clear and detailed information on machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls.Assist with machine start-up and shutdown.Engage in continuous improvement projects.Participate in equipment installation.Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met.Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment.Follow all safety and cGMP requirements.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing maintenance

Experience working in a clean room environment.

Experience Testing complex electromechanical systems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Technical competence: Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills; ability to diagnose and repair equipment using industrial process controls and pneumatics, including PLCs, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids.Safety & compliance: Understanding and performing LOTO procedures; adherence to cGMP and complex procedures with high attention to detail and product quality.Problem solving & communication: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; effective verbal and written communication; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Fast-paced controlled cleanroom; 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed. Gowning required (gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses; no makeup/jewelry). Use PPE and follow chemical hygiene and safety protocols. Stand and move throughout shift with reaching, bending, stooping, grasping; forceful gripping, pushing, and pulling; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
