WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

Bachelor’s degreeAt least 3-5 years of experience in L&D or training industryGood understanding of learning cycle, systems, and productsKnowledge of Power BI / AI toolsStrong Customer Focus mindsetExperience working with a global team and diverse marketsProject and program management capabilitiesEffective communication skills – active listening, facilitating dialogue and ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and succinctlyAbility to analyse and interpret learning data and metricsKnowledge of foundational learning theories and models including ADDIE, adult learning, and Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluationStrong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly

Drive process standardization and deployment operational excellence across Global Learning Cycle.Partner with Regional ITM and Capability Builders to ensure deployment of Nomination Process for both Leadership and Functional Curriculum.Creation and maintenance of the Global Learning Catalogue.Management of Learning Deployment Calendar to assure understanding of timelines for the Global and Functional Curriculum and support planning process.Assure data sets and participation/registration tracking for local/functional learning offer deployments through Participation Dashboard.Support world-class End to End deployment of global Learning tools and processes.Drive automation of the learning processes through Power BI and AI based enhancements.Liaise with external partners to build and maintain Global Learning Tools
