Primary duties and responsibilities include: + Leading a team of Systems Engineers as the Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) Lead for SIGINT related programs + Oversee System Field test preparation, coordination and performance at Customer/Government sites. + Managing all system engineering IV&V content and work products + Execution of systems planning and requirements development + Creating system test plans, procedures and reports including Test Readiness Reviews. + Will have outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials. + Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers. + Travel at 10% BAE Systems offers competitive pay, benefits, and important work-life balance initiatives including every other Friday Off and Flextime. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
