This position will focus on building secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that improve how users, applications, and services securely access Oracle’s global cloud platform. The role requires ownership of product strategy, roadmap definition, and cross-functional delivery for core identity capabilities such as authentication, authorization, access governance, and security monitoring. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, compliance, and customer-facing teams to deliver security services that form the foundation of OCI’s platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for OCI Identity & Security platform services. Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, UX, and Compliance teams to design and deliver secure, scalable features. Engage with strategic customers to gather feedback, influence product direction, and ensure solutions meet enterprise-scale needs. Drive and lead large, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across internal teams and customer priorities. Drive adoption and rollout of identity and security capabilities across Oracle internal and external applications. Lead secure-by-default initiatives to raise the baseline security posture of OCI. Author detailed product documentation including PRDs, user flows, and decision memos. Define scope, priorities, and tradeoffs to guide engineering teams toward successful delivery. Represent product direction to senior executives, stakeholders, and customers.
