Northrop Grumman Strategic Systems Division is seeking to hire a Sr Principal Mission Assurance Engineer. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.

What You'll Get to Do:
Execute MA functions within the Sentinel Digital Ecosystem (DE) segment to ensure mission success
Perform technical reviews as required including CDRLs, test plans, test procedures, change packages, etc.
Ensure execution of Sentinel MA tasks in compliance with Program, Division, Sector, and Company processes.
Support allocation of MA personnel to the DE to ensure the segment has sufficient coverage.
Support preparation and execution of Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA). Develop and maintain Quality scorecard Metrics.
Support preparation of the Program Review packages.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s of Science degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience OR Master’s of Science degree and 6 years of related experience or PhD with 4 years experience
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering practices and processes
Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and/or metrics reporting
Experience with root cause corrective actions (RCCA).
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of Agile development processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Cyber Engineering processes.
Project management experience
Knowledge of systems engineering practices
Primary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
