A Day in the Life:
This role will drive operational efficiency and streamline communication channels by centralizing the technology support role as a single point of contact to bridge the business user needs to system solution deliverables.
What You'll Do:
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP
Manage day-to-day operations and quickly resolve issues with Corporate Systems Manage a team of technology resources that own the Corporate Systems function within Hertz Oversee the health of the organization’s Corporate Systems software Lead interviews, meetings, or workshops to define and design solutions Create, edit, revise and finalize life-cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, process diagrams, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e., standard operating procedure) Create and maintain process, technical, project, or other documentation, as may be required, to support configuration, project management, and training Responsible for the definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and integration of new, modified, or enhanced automations Lead and/or participate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end process testing, and user acceptance testing Lead the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects Review and implement Preventive Maintenances Develop and maintain professional relationships with all business units and IT teams while providing support for Corporate Systems and Oracle Fusion implementation Conduct Governance and Steering meetings to prioritize the requirements and forecast accordingly Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Manage vendors to take appropriate measures for controlling cost, reducing potential risks related to vendors, ensuring excellent service deliverability and deriving value from vendors in the long-run Establish and nurture vendor relationships
TEAMWORK & COMMUNICATION
Lead and drive overall success of the Corporate Systems team Superior & demonstrated team building & development skills to harness powerful teams Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of leadership within the organization Provide timely updates so that progress against each individual incident can be updated as required Write and review high quality technical documentation
CONTROL & AUDIT
Establish, track and report on project performance metrics (KPI/OKR) and financial impact Manage automation activities, governance processes, and automation performance metrics Assist with the tracking and understanding of compliance regulations around user access and management. Ensures their workstation and all processes and procedures, follow organization standards
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Scale usage to drive efficiency across company Encourages and maintains a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, always striving to find ways to improve service and change mind set. Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks and best practicesWhat We're looking For:
7+ years of technology and business support experience required Ability to manage remote distributed teams with 24/7 onshore/offshore team coverage Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights, weekends, and holidays 5+ years of experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications 5+ years of proven experience leading technical teams 5+ years of proven experience managing projects through the entire SDLC and generating business requirements 3+ years of experience with SQL tools, equivalent internal/custom developed tools/scripts, or experience as a Process Improvement Manager or similar role in a complex enterprise environment Project management experience using SCRUM or another Agile method strongly preferred Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Tableau preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a Business degree with a focus on process Analysis
We expect the starting salary to be around $110,000 - $140,000 with annual bonus and profit-sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience
