We are looking for a Sr Planning Analyst - Supply , in this position you will be primarily responsible for performing periodic analytical tasks to support the Supply Planning and Sales & Operations (S&OP) processes, as well as managing various supply chain optimization projects. This includes developing and applying analytical tools and methods to address supply chain opportunities using available software and data. Coordinates and leads supply chain optimization projects that align with business objectives.

What You Will Do?
Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to determine appropriate supply strategies based on critical demand and supply characteristics
Work with Supply Planners to determine the optimal approach to apply key planning parameters, including calculating/establishing safety stock targets and EOQ values, ensuring alignment to achieve aggressive service, cost, and working capital objectives
Perform long-term planning processes, review capacity across the supply chain at regional and global levels, and provide recommendations to senior management
Review, analyze, and update key master data fields in the ERP system to ensure compliance with supply chain processes
Provide intellectual leadership and guidance to the planning team on analytical skills and best practices
Lead and/or participate in workflows focused on developing creative solutions and making recommendations to improve planning performance, balancing business objectives, including cost/benefit analysis, seasonal demand patterns and associated action plans, scenario analysis, inventory optimization with responsibility
Develop new reporting/analysis tools to support departmental projects and processes as needed
Ad hoc supply chain projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
4-year university degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Over 7 years of applicable experience in supply chain planning, project management, and/or SC analysis in a manufacturing environment with global operations
Advanced proficiency in ERP, reporting and planning systems, and MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to perform complex quantitative statistical analysis complemented by qualitative inputs from multiple sources, draw conclusions, and make recommendations to supply chain leadership
Strong project management skills and a track record of successfully meeting business objectives within schedule and quality expectations
Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and presentation skills
Desired Requirements:
Specific experience with planning systems (JDA, APO, etc.)
APICS certification
Experience with databases and Power BI
Master’s degree or advanced studies
