**Position Purpose:** The Sr Ops Project Manager within CREST (Coaching for Results, Experiences, Speed and Teams) plays a pivotal role in scaling and enhancing the effectiveness of balanced team coaching engagements across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing tools and processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, maintaining operational infrastructure, and aligning strategic initiatives with coaching outcomes. By managing the end-to-end coaching operations lifecycle-from intake and onboarding to reporting and continuous improvement-the Sr Ops Project Manager ensures that coaching engagements with product management, UX and engineering teams and leaders are consistent, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals. **This role will be charged with driving the following core functions:**
+ Tools & Process Optimization: Oversee the coaching tech stack, assessment tools, and best practice documentation to ensure consistent and effective use across teams.
+ Data & Reporting: Lead the collection, analysis, and communication of both quantitative and qualitative data to inform coaching strategies and stakeholder decisions.
+ Infrastructure Management: Maintain templates, onboarding programs, knowledge-sharing platforms, and workshop tools to support operational efficiency.
+ Strategic Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment through structured cadences such as OKR reviews, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
This role is instrumental in building a scalable coaching infrastructure that supports evolving organizational needs, fosters continuous learning, and drives measurable impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Controls project scope, schedule and cost. Ensures that blueprint plan is being followed with each project. Provides thought leadership to the creation of project plans and facilitates workout sessions and key meetings.
+ Coordinate program changes or potential program changes to the baseline and ensures the approved changes are communicated and implemented.
+ Ensures project information is communicated to the project team and stakeholders. Assists business in compiling timelines, communication plans, written status reports, and scorecards. Aids in selection of success metrics for proof of concepts, pilots, and rollouts.
+ Determines and documents project issues/risks and tracks timely mitigation/resolution.
+ At the completion of a project or project phase, captures key lessons learned and communicates to PMO and business. Effectively applies lessons learned in subsequent projects.

+ This position reports to Sr Mgr Ops Program Mgt
+ This position has no Direct Reports
**Travel Requirements:**
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be eighteen years of age or older.
+ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced Jira/ Jira Align knowledge and dashboard/automated reporting building capabilities
+ Advanced knowledge in collecting and centralizing insight/ knowledge databases
+ Knowledge of AI Tools (Copilot/ Glean/ Gemini) to enhance productivity and efficiency of working processes and quality of decision making
+ Proficient in promoting collaboration and relationship building among team members
+ Strong visual communication and storytelling skills using PowerPoint and other tools; able to distill complex information into clear, engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
**Minimum Education:**
+ The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
