We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the India Removal Supply Chain Team and drive innovative solutions for our vendors and liquidators, leveraging data-driven insights and critical thinking to resolve disputes and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate Vendor Disputes: Apply analytical thinking to identify the root causes of vendor disputes, uncover process gaps, and provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
Automate Manual Processes: Use data insights to identify opportunities for automation and streamline manual processes related to dispute resolution within the removal supply chain.
Support Process Improvement: Proactively recommend and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing disputes and removals.
Drive Program Success: Develop dashboards and metrics to measure the success of key programs, preempt potential issues, and ensure smooth execution.
Build Scalable Solutions: Create automated reports and processes that minimize or eliminate dependencies on manual intervention.

End-to-End Ownership: Ability to manage projects from inception to delivery, taking full ownership of both the process and the outcome.
Invent and Simplify: Think outside the box to develop new solutions and streamline existing processes for faster, more efficient dispute resolution.
Results-Oriented: Use data and automation to continuously improve processes, reduce manual effort, and measure performance outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
-Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
-Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations
-Manage disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation
-Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience
-Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Expertise using Excel, SQL and ETL for acquiring and transforming data or keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
- Desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Technical (Computers & Internet) savvy is required.
- Business acumen in areas of e-commerce and retail.
- Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for response time in the face of variable workflow.
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure and professional attitude
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
