**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
+ Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy creation, monitoring, and security rule implementation.
+ Support Aruba NAC solutions, including authentication, authorization, and endpoint compliance.
+ Configure and maintain F5 load balancers, ensuring efficient traffic distribution and high availability of services.
+ Monitor network performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and network-related projects.
+ Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, device configurations, and incident reports.
+ Participate in on-call rotation and provide L2 support for escalated network incidents.
+ Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ A min of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and support.
+ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices and technologies.
+ Proficiency in managing Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
+ Experience with Aruba NAC implementation and support.
+ Familiarity with F5 load balancer configuration and troubleshooting.
+ Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching concepts.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
+ To support shirt time: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (day) OR 2pm-11pm (night)
