Establishes, monitors, and optimizes short-term and long-term procurement strategies and aligns them with business goals.
 

Job Requirements Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to understand business goals and determine the requirements and scope for procurement projects accordingly. Establishing KPIs to monitor vendor performance, costs, and ROI to drive savings and assess supplier risk. Leading vendor identification, evaluation, and selection by aligning with strategic sourcing principles and leveraging RFx tools; managing vendor relationships, negotiation strategies, contracting, onboarding and renewal. Monitoring and reviewing procurement processes to identify opportunities for continual improvement in Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance; Participating in supplier audits.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
