Job Description: **Job Overview** Coordinates and oversees various organizational projects and their implementation in support of corporate strategy. **Job Requirements** ROLE OBJECTIVE Lead new product development within the Digital Data Networks Business Unit by managing a global team of 15+ project managers. Focus on delivering products on time and within budget while advancing project management standards and team development. RESPONSIBILITIES + Team Management: Recruit, evaluate, and oversee project managers; conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning. + Project Oversight: Monitor high-risk and key projects, ensuring effective management of cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality. + Strategy & Reporting: Align project portfolios with corporate goals, optimize resources, and report progress and risks to senior leadership. + Process Improvement: Drive PMO best practices, continuous improvement, and organizational standardization to enhance efficiency. + Resource Planning: Collaborate with business teams to align staffing with growth strategies. **What your background should look like** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred. + 10+ years in Project Management or New Product Development. + Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams. COMPETENCIES Must Have: + Proven leadership of diverse, global teams across regions and engineering disciplines. + Ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures. + Skill in translating business strategy into actionable plans. + Strong project management expertise in risk, schedule, and scope. + Experience with Stage Gate processes and efficiency initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean).
