Job Description: **Job Overview** Position Overview: Report to TE DND MPDE global leader, own the final responsibility to organize the MPDE team to work by DND MPDE responsibility in designated product/process scope, cooperate with relative functions to manage NPI projects development and launching. **Job Requirements** Responsibilities • Organize to implement/maintain global NPI process, initiate/implement long/short term plan of Process &tooling development strategy/execution. • Own the final responsibility of all assigned NPI projects, from development to execution, through planning, launching, communication/reporting. • Develop/sustain long term plan of multi MPDE teams’ capability and capacity, by hiring/assessment and development program for team leaders and key talents. • Own the MPDE responsibility to lead/participate/cooperate in global operation process, events/activities.
