Job Description: **Job Overview** Contributes to operational strategy, develops organization to support the strategy, and manages the complexities of the manufacturing engineering function. **Job Requirements** + PURPOSE Analyze and solve production engineering and new project qualification issues with the objective of establishing the Center of Excellence for Manufacturing Engineering (ME) within the company. Lead the development of ME technical standards, process optimization methodologies, cross-factory technical support, and talent empowerment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoE System Development (Core)(i)Lead the documentation of technical standards, SoPs, and methodologies for core ME areas (e.g. process optimization) to build a replicable CoE knowledge repository(ii) Analyze ME pain points across factories, develop standardized solutions and drive implementation and validation.Cross-Function Collaboration & Problem Solving(collaborate with production, quality, and Product Engineering functions to resolve ME-related issue in NPI and mass production (e.g., process stability, equipment compatibility)(ii)Regularly prepare ME CoE operation reports (e.g., problem-solving lessons learnt) to drive continuous improvementTeam Management & Empowerment(i) Build the ME CoE team, define member roles, and develop performance appraisal and career development plans.
