As a Sr. Manager, Human Resources Management, you will be responsible for leading multiple project work streams across business units. You will play a key role in assessing the employee lifecycle, and assisting in leading a cross-functional programs to invest in creating higher employee tenure at Charter. These programs will be focused on attracting and retaining talent including driving manager effectiveness, training, enhancing engagement and strengthening career development for employees.
Your focus will be to simplify and enhance the employee experience at Spectrum to help maintain prime organizational effectiveness. Spectrum employees will count on your follow-through and escalation, when necessary, to handle each confidential issue with respect. You’ll have the opportunity to work with people across all parts of the business and help them focus on doing their best work as you see their HR needs through to resolution.
