The Sr. Mgr, HR Analytics is responsible for leading all aspects of HR reporting, analytics, and data integrity. This role will establish functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful support of HR reporting. This role will be charged with gathering key HR metrics to tell the talent story, in partnership with the HR leaders, through data which supports business decisions. Lastly this role will be looked at to continually improve data processes and outputs and be asked to create new metrics to evolve and improve the organization.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, AI, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Analysis or other related field or equivalent experience (e.g. BI and/or database management certifications)

Data manipulation and statistical modeling experience in a
large scale data, transactional, and real time networks and systems - 7+
Business Intelligence project management - 5+

Relevant corporate experience in a large Fortune 500 company
