As a Senior Manager of Contract Management, you’ll report to the Vice President of Contract Management and will work with cross-functional teams to define and document terms, metrics, and details associated with vendor contracts. Your contribution will ensure successful implementation of multiple programs that directly impact the company.
WHAT OUR SR MANAGERS CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ENJOY MOST
Supporting the vendor selection process in partnership with business owners- developing request for quotes (RFQs) or request for proposals (RFPs)Negotiating master service agreement (MSA) termsMaintaining and managing the Contract Management System (Agiloft)Developing pricing models based on the operational needs of business ownersNegotiating statement of work (SOWs); gaining acceptance from the vendor, Operations, Procurement, and Legal, following through to full executionKeeping SOW and MSA terminology up to dateSupporting Operations to resolve contract disputes, adhering to contract termsLeading contract renewal and approval processNotifying vendors of termination of SOWs or entire agreementsProviding modeling analysis to drive volume placement decisions based on varying terms and pricingIn this role you will work in a collaborative office environment. On a given day you will manage change management and renewal process for contracts, manage the RFP process, and assist Operations in vendor evaluation and selection. You will excel in this position if you are highly organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can make decisions under pressure. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Contract management: 7 or more years; Management: 3 or more yearsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.Abilities: Analytical and financial ability; analyze and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, regulatory orders, and legal documents; effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; supervise and motivate othersKnowledge: Business contracts construction, reviewing & drafting; commercial products & services; financial clauses for credits and collections; telephony regulations; IP network architecture; general accounting & billing proceduresHybrid Schedule: Four days in-office weeklyPreferred Qualifications
