**Role Overview**
The **ATS Commercial Operations Strategic Pricing Team** plays a pivotal role in driving some of the most critical initiatives impacting our business today. Partnering closely with global and regional business leaders, the team provides strategic guidance, pricing analytics, and hands‑on pricing support across the **ATS portfolio** .
This role is ideal for a **seasoned, agile pricing leader** with a strong strategic mindset who is equally comfortable diving into complex details to deliver actionable insights. The Manager / Senior Manager, Commercial Operations (Pricing) will lead pricing assessments, process design, and execution across the ATS portfolio, ensuring pricing strategies are scalable, data‑driven, and commercially sound.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Pricing & Portfolio Support**
+ Lead the review of **ATS pricing methodologies and strategies** across the full portfolio.
+ Design, build, maintain, and continuously enhance **pricing calculators** for key ATS products.
+ Propose and implement improvements to **simplify, standardize, and harmonize pricing approaches and tools** , progressing toward a solution‑based pricing model.
+ Ensure ATS product pricing is accurately represented across **UPT and other pricing tools** .
**Pricing Governance & Financial Insight**
+ Provide **pricing governance** , ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to established frameworks.
+ Develop a strong understanding of **cost structures and margin drivers** for ATS offerings to support informed pricing decisions.
+ Apply financial and analytical rigor to assess **pricing viability, discounts, and profitability** .
**Sales Enablement & Deal Support**
+ Partner with Sales to support **strategic deal reviews** , discounting processes, and approvals.
+ Lead **key account–specific pricing discussions and negotiations** as required.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and sales leadership on complex pricing topics.
**Process Design & Automation**
+ Lead the definition of business requirements for **pricing automation initiatives** , including **CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)** .
+ Partner with IT and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful CPQ design, delivery, and adoption.
+ Collaborate with RDS stakeholders to improve governance and control of the **UPT pricing tool** for ATS offerings.
**Stakeholder & Project Leadership**
+ Work effectively within a **global, matrixed organization** , balancing regional and global priorities.
+ Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects related to pricing, systems, and process optimization.
+ Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, translating complex pricing topics into actionable insights.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree with **5+ years of experience** in **Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic Pricing** , with a proven track record of delivery.
+ Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel and MS PowerPoint** ; **Salesforce experience** is a plus.
+ Strong strategic mindset with a solid understanding of **technology sales and commercial models** .
+ Excellent **financial, analytical, and communication skills** , with the ability to convert data into clear business recommendations.
+ Demonstrated ability to assess **financial viability, margins, and pricing scenarios** using data analytics.
+ Hands‑on, self‑starter comfortable operating in **ambiguous, fast‑paced environments** .
+ Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills, with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
+ Experience participating in or leading **projects and cross‑functional initiatives** .
+ Experience working in **global roles** with sensitivity to cultural differences and time zones.
+ Flexibility, curiosity, and willingness to take on new challenges as business priorities evolve.
**Preferred**
+ Prior experience with **pricing automation, CPQ implementations** , or advanced pricing tools.
+ Exposure to or proven experience using **AI‑enabled analytics or automation** in a commercial or pricing context.
