As a Sr Manufacturing Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing manufacturing support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of manufacturing support specialists, ensuring the successful execution of support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all manufacturing support requirements are met.

You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex manufacturing issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage a team of manufacturing support specialists to ensure efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing facility
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes
+ Provide guidance and support to resolve complex manufacturing issues
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency
+ Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
+ Create and manage small projects tied to NPD and contract manufacturing support
+ Maintain and create required cross functional training and development for manufacturing processes
