Sr Media Planner, US, Project Kuiper
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will serve a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Project Kuiper Marketing team is looking for a talented, results-oriented individual to lead marketing media planning in US and Canada. This role is responsible for planning, buying, measuring and optimizing media marketing investments across multiple channels and locales, in partnership with our media agency. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization. You must have a track record of scaling and optimizing marketing media investments through media planning, budget management and campaign measurement.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, implementation and measurement of integrated multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Project Kuiper.
- Coordinate media plans across US and Canada.
- Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to measure impact of media investment and regularly report on performance up to Director level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed.
- Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business, finance, insights and measurement, creative, and other marketing teams) at a local, regional and global level.
- Partner with our external media agency in support of fixed media planning and buying.
- Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
- Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
