As an international organization, Philips is well placed to offer a broad range of technical and leadership opportunities in various organizations throughout the world **Your role:** + Responsible for executing a modified launch design (MLD) projects for class 2 devices and change initiated by cross functional team or third party + End to End engineering support for supplier-initiated change requests includes part design, tooling, and manufacturing location changes + Follow design controls governed by FDA + Should have excellent communication skills to lead CFT team + Conduct DFM, DFA reviews with suppliers. * Proved hands on Windchill/ Agile / PLM software ‘s **You're the right fit if you have:** + Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering + 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in design engineering and product development + Proven background supporting, **modified launch designs , supplier transfer and sustaining engineering projects** + Demonstrated success working with global cross-functional teams **Technical Skills:** + Proficiency in CAD software: **Creo** and **SolidWorks** + Strong knowledge of **Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)** and tolerance analysis + Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including **plastic molding** + Skilled in Microsoft Office tools: **Excel** , **PowerPoint** , **Word** , and **Project** + Working knowledge of **PLM systems** such as Windchill or Agile **Core Competencies:** + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities + Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and drive engineering excellence **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
