Manage end-to-end in-store marketing material workflow, including consolidation of HQ assets, adaptation for the Taiwan market, ordering, and vendor coordination.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of in-store materials such as monthly signage updates, seasonal lightboxes, Digital Easel, and LED screen content.
Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to secure smooth execution across stores.
Act as the central point of contact between HQ, local merchandising, and external partners for all in-store material projects.
Support campaign launches and retail marketing initiatives with accurate in-store executions.
Monitor quality, timelines, and budgets related to in-store material production and implementation.
Provide post-campaign reviews and process improvement suggestions for future projects.
Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel or retail industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and with external vendors.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English (business level or above) and Mandarin Chinese.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with in-store marketing materials, production processes, and vendor management is a strong plus.
