**Sr Manufacturing Engineer**
Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.
**Your role:**
+ Strong understanding of product functionality, manufacturing processes, cost analysis, safety considerations, and lean manufacturing implementation. Independently develops technical solutions, reviews new technologies, and supports new suppliers, materials, and equipment.
+ Monitors and improves yields, cycle times, and costs; resolves production issues; leads and participates in CAPA, CIPs, NCRs, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis; contributes to content development, testing, prototyping, and project execution.
+ Serves as a core team member across teams, supports cross‑functional requests, collaborates with internal/external partners, builds strong working relationships, and provides technical guidance, coaching, and training to engineers, technicians, and operators.
+ Performs process validation activities, supports internal and external audits as a subject matter expert, ensures adherence to budgets, reviews tooling and processes for new products, and works with minimal supervision while applying sound judgment in diverse problem-solving scenarios.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science strongly preferred; equivalent manufacturing engineering experience accepted. _Master’s: 3 years of related experience; Bachelor’s: 6 years._
+ Experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally within the medical device industry.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced with Visio and Project; able to work with additional required software packages.
+ Advanced English proficiency.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an onsite role.
