Analyze and solve production engineering issues with the objective of ensureing the production by order and improving the efficiency within the supervision of Manager I Manufacturing Engineering.
Design, develop, test and qualify new machine, repair, upgrade and maintain old machine with the objective of ensureing releasing new machine into mass production on time, rPDEving old machine to production timely within the supervision of electrical engineering.
Production Issues
(i) Trace and analyze production engineering on site issues and provide solutions;
(ii) Provide guidance to technician in solving production engineering issues;
(iii) Coorperate with QE in solving quality complain issues;
in order to ensure the issues to be solved and not affecting production,reduce production scrap and downtime.
Production Process Improvement
(i) Find the improvement points, initiate improvement plan and execute the improvement with other departments;
(ii) Communicate and work with PDE in design improvement;
(iii)Use 3D modle to analysis the issue,and improve or design the tooling & machine;
in order to improve efficiency and conduct cost reduction.
Equipment Repair and Maintenance
(i) Preapre the equipment maintenance plan and monitor the plan execution conducted by technician in order to ensure the equipments are well maintained;
(ii) Check machine guarding,execute company EHS standards & requirements in order to ensure meeting company guideline.
In order to ensure the state of equipments are good & safely .
New Project&Migration Project
(i) Conduct tooling design or improvement;
(ii) Follow up sample making issues during new project immigration process;
(iii) Guide technician in tooling qualification and sample making;
(iv) Conduct the machine guarding,execute company EHS standards & requirements;
in order to ensure the tooling design and impovement meet the new project requirement and release new product and process into mass production on time.
Production Documenation Management
(i) Draft and update the engineering document,such as work instruction, process flow chart, PFMEA, LOTO WI etc.;
(ii) Follow and conduct engineering change(EC);
In order to ensure the completeness and timeliness of engineering document.
Bechalor degree and mechinical related background
