**What You Will Do:**
+ Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
+ Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
+ Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.
+ Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
+ Lead and support **process improvement initiatives** to optimize efficiency and reduce operational waste.
+ Perform **scrap and rework analysis** , including data review, root cause identification, and implementation of standardized procedures.
+ Participate in **tooling design** using SolidWorks, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and alignment with engineering requirements.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineeringor related engineeringfield and 5 years of prior relevant experience
+ Proficient conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate both in person and in reports/via email.
+ Medium-advanced Excel user
+ Good communication & presentation skills
+ Project management
+ Experience using continuous improvement tools including LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.
+ Experience leveraging influencing, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
+ SolidWorks experience required
**Qualifications We Preferred:**
+ Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
+ Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechatronics or Mechanical preferred, Industrial or Aerospace also acceptable.
+ Valid Visa is preferred
+ Root cause analysis
