Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Senior Manager Digital Compliance Solutions mission is support the correct and complete implementation and manage the maintenance of the adidas e-reporting, e-invoicing and others reports mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
Support timely new implementations of e-reporting and e-invoicing mandates Accountable of monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations across jurisdictions Ensure international tax compliance related to e-reporting requirements (including e-invoicing) across different jurisdictions Guarantee proactive maintenance, data readiness and accuracy Responsible to analyze tax data collected through e-invoicing and e-reporting systems and provide insights on the data collected Accountable to ensure data accuracy and reconcile with the source systems Responsible to investigate, identify and raise issues and resolve discrepancies found on the reconciliation process Accountable to promote and ensure the implementation of automation projects, to enable the implementation of efficient processes Manage and define process improvements, and establish new working processes within systems area to ensure efficiency and excellence Ensure a constant and open communication with the teams involved in the different parts of the process to support the fast issue solving mindset Responsible for creating regular compliance reports for management and leadership review

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge in SAP FI from a user perspective is mandatory Minimum of 5 years of experience on implementing and delivering projects related to digitalization of tax reporting such as e-reporting and e-invoicing mandates Consolidated knowledge of accounting, tax and SAP Profficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Experience in shared service center environment is a plus Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills to interact with business partners Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a multi-team environment to achieve consensous decisions, always having adidas consistent growth in mind Critical thinking mindset Excellent oral and written communication skills. Quick problem-solving skills Ability to work together with other finance and tech teams, ensuring a strong collaboration with other finance and tech teams. Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to deal with ambiguity in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude and working collaboratively within the team Must be deadline driven, results-oriented, highly responsible and accountable Must be proactive, have strong initiative and be self-motivated Ability to pay close attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Accounting, IT or other related areas At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in finance SAP FI projects with tax and IT functions
